| Abstract: | Em 2004 institui a EPS como política nacional, estabelecendo a articulação entre a formação, gestão, atenção à saúde e participação social. Nesse sentido, considera-se a gestão de grande importância para a efetivação da EPS. Pergunta-se: Quais os avanços e desafios da Educação Permanente em Saúde para os gestores do SUS? O objetivo geral foi conhecer avanços e desafios da educação permanente para a Gestão em Saúde. Revisão integrativa da literatura, cujos resultados mostraram que a Educação Permanente é uma importante estratégia nas mudanças das práticas de saúde e implica em desafios para a gestão. Os desafios configuram-se como: garantia da discussão coletiva dos problemas de saúde e necessidades educativas, distanciamento entre os formuladores da política e realidade local vivenciada pela gestão, reduzido apoio à gerência do serviço, dificuldades de financiamento ocasionadas pela lenta burocracia; desmotivação dos profissionais gestores. |
| Abstract: | In 2004 is published the permanent educacition national policy, establishing the link between training, management, health care and social participation. In this sense it is considered very important management for the realization of the Permanent Education of health. Question is: What are the advances and challenges of Continuing Health Education for managers of SUS? The overall objective was to learn about advances and challenges of continuing education for health management. Integrative literature review, the results showed that the Permanent Education is an important strategy to the changing health practices and implies challnges for management. The challenges are configured as: ensuring the collective discussion of health problems and educational needs, gap between the policy makers and local realities. experienced by management, reduced support service management, financing difficulties caused by the slow bureaucracy; demotivation of professional managers. |
