| Abstract: | Introdução: O objetivo desta revisão de literatura foi identificar as atribuições do gestor nos serviços de saúde e os desafios enfrentados em seu cotidiano. Método: Foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica na Biblioteca Virtual Regional (BVS) e no Portal Capes. Resultados: O gestor é a peça chave para gerenciar, coordenar e melhorar a qualidade dos serviços ofertados. Sendo necessário ter competências técnicas, analíticas, financeiras e o grande desafio é ser eficiente, trabalhar com estruturas inadequadas, pessoal transitório. Conclusões: Observou-se que para o gestor desenvolver uma gestão de qualidade é imprescindível ter uma visão tática associada ao planejamento estratégico claro e objetivo, assumindo assim a liderança local para ser agente de articulação, promoção e melhoria nos serviços ofertados. |
| Abstract: | Introduction: The objective of this literature review was to identify the attributes of the manager in health services and the challenges faced in his daily life. Method: A literature search was conducted in the Regional Virtual Library (BVS) and the Capes Portal. Results: The manager is the key piece to manage, coordinate and improve the quality of the services offered. Being necessary technical, analytical, financial skills and the great challenge is to be efficient, to work with inadequate structures, transient personnel. Conclusions: Through these results it was observed that for the manager to develop a quality management it is essential to have a tactical vision associated to the clear and objective strategic planning, thus assuming the local leadership to be an agent of articulation, promotion and improvement in the offered services. |
