| Abstract: | Neste trabalho, buscamos explorar a participação das mulheres na gestão integrada dos recursos hídricos, no âmbito dos comitês estaduais de bacia hidrográfica do país. Realizamos uma análise quantitativa (survey), a fim de traçar um panorama sobre a presença feminina nesses arranjos. Com os resultados, delineamos os perfis das mulheres-membros, destacando categorias como formação e escolaridade, idade e segmento de representação. O cenário encontrado, nesses arranjos, foi de apenas 31% de representação feminina, levando-nos a questionar se isto decorreria da incidência da divisão sexual do trabalho, na produção de desigualdades e assimetrias de representação, sob a perspectiva da teoria do reconhecimento e de governança. |
| Abstract: | In this work, we seek to explore the participation of women in the integrated management of water resources, within the scope of the country's river basin committees. We carried out a quantitative analysis (survey) in order to provide an overview of the female presence in these arrangements. With the results, we outlined the profiles of the female members, highlighting categories such as training and education, age and segment of representation. The scenario found, in these arrangements, was only 31% of female representation, leading us to question whether this would result from the incidence of the sexual division of labor, in the production of inequalities and asymmetries of representation, under the perspective of recognition theory and governance. |
