| Abstract: | A disfonia infantil tem uma prevalência elevada, sendo que a adesão à reabilitação vocal constitui um desafio para os terapeutas da fala. Este trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar o desenvolvimento do jogo endless run “Letras Espaciais – A Viagem pela Voz”. Este é dirigido a crianças dos 6 aos 10 anos e visa a promoção da saúde vocal. O utilizador terá de recolher letras para completar palavras, que traduzem um benefício ou prejuízo para a saúde da voz. No seu decorrer, irão surgir ainda elementos gráficos que representam obstáculos e que fazem reduzir a pontuação do jogador. O jogo alia ao caráter pedagógico uma vertente lúdica e apresenta um grande potencial como ferramenta pedagógica de promoção para a saúde da voz e também na reabilitação em contexto clínico. |
| Abstract: | Pediatric dysphonia has a high prevalence, and adhesion to vocal rehabilitation is a challenge for speech therapists. This paper aims to present the development of the endless run game Space Letters– A Journey Through the Voice. The game is aimed at children from 6 to 10 years and its purpose is the vocal health promotion. The user will have to pick up letters to complete words, which indicate a benefit or a harm to the voice health. In the meantime, graphical elements that represent obstacles and reduce the player's score will appear. The game combines the pedagogical value with the playfulness and presents great potential as a pedagogical tool to promote voice health and also in clinical rehabilitation. |
