| Abstract: | Várias reações de liquefação de lignina foram conduzidas variando-se parâmetros como teor de solvente, catalisador e teor de lignina. O rendimento das reações foi determinado, encontrando-se valores acima de 80% para todas as reações. Observou-se que à medida que houve aumento do teor de lignina, o rendimento caiu. O teor de hidroxilas dos polióis liquefeitos foi determinado e observou-se uma variação entre 108 e 245 mg de KOH/g. Análises térmicas mostraram que o aumento de catalisador leva a uma redução da estabilidade térmica dos polióis. Observou-se que os polióis liquefeitos apresentaram grande variação de viscosidade e são materiais heterogêneos. |
| Abstract: | Several reactions of lignin liquefaction were conducted varying parameters such as solvent content, catalyst and lignin content. The yield of the reactions was determined above 80% for all reactions. It was observed that as the lignin content increased, the yield fell. The hydroxyl content of the liquefied polyols was determined and a variation between 108 and 245 mg of KOH / g was observed. Thermal analyzes showed that the increase of the catalyst leads to a reduction in the thermal stability of the polyols. It was observed that the liquefied polyols presented great variation of viscosity and are heterogeneous materials. |
