| Title: | Atitudes retaliatórias de jovens trabalhadores: da indignação à resignação |

| Abstract: | Partindo de uma abordagem qualitativa, cuja utilização se faz rara na temática enfocada nesta pesquisa, o objetivo do presente estudo foi descrever e analisar fatores que influenciam as atitudes retaliatórias de jovens trabalhadores. Considerou-se, para tanto, a situação de vulnerabilidade social e o estágio de adaptação à realidade profissional do contexto específico dos sujeitos pesquisados. A análise de conteúdo das 23 entrevistas conduzidas apontou que os sujeitos pesquisados apresentam baixa propensão à retaliação, utilizando-se de processos de racionalização que justifiquem a resignação diante de injustiças. Diante disso, a relevância desta pesquisa centra-se na busca pela compreensão dos motivos envoltos à conformação do panorama apurado, propondo maior reflexividade para os estudos sobre tais temáticas e tais atores sociais no campo do comportamento organizacional. |
| Abstract: | From a qualitative approach, the use of which is rare in the theme focused on this research, the aim of this study was to describe and analyze factors influencing retaliatory attitudes of young workers. Therefore, the situation of social vulnerability and the stage of adaptation to the professional reality of the specific context of the subjects studied were considered. The content analysis of the 23 interviews conducted showed that the subjects studied are low propensity for retaliation, using of the conformation of the panorama, proposing greater reflexivity for the studies on such themes and such social actors in the field of organizational behavior |
