| Abstract: | O presente trabalho teve por objetivo compreender, à luz das abordagens sistêmica e contingencial, as estratégias de gestão utilizadas por uma IES privada em contexto econômico instável e adverso. Para isso, foram feitas entrevistas semiestruturadas com gestores da IES em questão. Os dados coletados foram analisados de acordo com a técnica de Análise de Conteúdo, com categorização a posteriori. Foram encontradas três categorias, a saber: ameaças percebidas, visão de mudanças e estratégias de gestão, que propiciaram atingir o objetivo proposto. |
| Abstract: | The objective of this study was to understand, in light of the systemic and contingent approaches, the management strategies used by a private HEI in an unstable and adverse economic context. For this, semi-structured interviews were conducted with managers of the HEI in question. The data collected were analyzed according to the Content Analysis technique, with a posteriori categorization. Three categories were identified: perceived threats, vision of changes and management strategies, which allowed to reach the proposed objective. |
