Abstract: | Este trabalho avalia a experiência de atuação em rede entre integrantes de organizações públicas e privadas de Americana (SP), a fim de garantir o direito à convivência familiar e comunitária para as crianças e adolescentes acolhidos em instituições do município. Partindo da premissa de que o trabalho conjunto, transparente e articulado promove a capacidade de intervenção dos vários atores sociais envolvidos e evita sentimentos de impotência ou onipotência dos participantes, o estudo foca a análise de seis casos. Os resultados apontam que a mudança de paradigma promovida pela legislação e normativas brasileiras se mostra insuficiente no sentido de evitar as resistências e os desafios para a sua implementação. Dentre os fatores que mais incidem sobre o funcionamento do trabalho em rede, a pesquisa destaca a falta de adesão e apoio de todos os responsáveis no sentido de efetivamente cumprirem seu papel em prol do funcionamento do trabalho, com base no compartilhamento de responsabilidades e na criação conjunta de decisões e resultados. |
Abstract: | This study evaluates the experience of working in networks among members of public and private institutions in the city of Americana, state of São Paulo, in order to guarantee the children and adolescents accommodated in the city institutions their right to family and community life. Based on the premise that the team, transparent and articulated action promotes the operational capacity of the many mediators involved and prevents the feelings of impotence and omnipotence within participants, the study focuses on the analysis of six cases. The results show that the change in paradigm that was promoted by the Brazilian legislation and regulations is insufficient for the work organization and implementation. Among the factors that most affect the practice of working in networks, the research highlights the lack of adherence and support of every agent in the sense of effectively fulfilling their role in favor of the development of the work based on shared responsibilities and the creation of joint decisions and results. |
