| Abstract: | O objetivo deste trabalho é avaliar e melhorar a eficiência energética de uma edificação de ensino superior, com retrofit do sistema de iluminação elétrica, reforma do sistema elétrico e atendimento à NBR ISO/CIE 8595:2013, para classificação A, pela INI-C. A metodologia envolveu levantamento do sistema de iluminação e das plantas da edificação, simulação de iluminâncias, classificação do sistema atual e do sistema proposto e cálculo de retorno do investimento. Foi necessário atender à níveis de iluminância mais altos e, com a reforma, pode-se ainda reduzir 28% no consumo de energia para iluminação, com payback de 2,26 anos. |
| Abstract: | The objective of this work is evaluate and improve the energy efficiency of a higher education building, retrofitting the electrical lighting system, reforming the electrical system and complying to NBR ISO/CIE 8595:2013, for classification A, using INI-C. The methodology involved surveying the lighting system and building plants, simulation of illuminances, classification of the current and of the proposed system and payback time estimation. It was noticed that it was necessary to meet higher levels of illuminance, and with the retrofit, lighting energy consumption can still be reduced by 28%, with a payback time of 2,26 years. |
