| Abstract: | O estudo da argumentação vem ganhando espaço nas últimas décadas e se mostra relevante no âmbito das áreas de letras e de linguística. Assim, o objetivo deste trabalho é compreender a importância de ensinar a argumentação no contexto escolar, explorando o papel do docente na articulação de estratégias que visam ao desenvolvimento do letramento crítico de alunos da educação básica. Desse modo, recorre-se à Análise Argumentativa no Discurso, teoria proposta por Ruth Amossy que articula a Nova Retórica de Chaim Perelman e OlbrechtsTyteca aos estudos das Ciências da Linguagem. Propõe-se, assim, compreender como essa teoria auxilia o trabalho docente, refletindo acerca das concepções envolvendo a argumentação e seu ensino, apresentando como certos conceitos contribuem para essa prática. Sob esse viés, tem-se que a Análise Argumentativa no Discurso possibilita a ampliação do olhar dos docentes e discentes, cooperando com o ensino de língua. |
| Abstract: | The study of argumentation has been gaining ground in recent decades and is relevant in the fields of literature and linguistics. The aim of this paper is to understand the importance of teaching argumentation in the school context, exploring the role of teachers in articulating strategies aimed at developing critical literacy in primary school students. In this way, we turn to Argumentative Discourse Analysis, a theory proposed by Ruth Amossy that links the New Rhetoric of Chaim Perelman and Olbrechts-Tyteca to studies in the Language Sciences. The aim is to understand how this theory helps teachers, reflecting on the conceptions surrounding argumentation and its teaching, showing how certain concepts contribute to this practice. From this point of view, Argumentative Discourse Analysis makes it possible to broaden the view of teachers and students, cooperating with language teaching. |
