| Abstract: | Este trabalho tem como objetivo geral analisar a obra A Noite Estrelada, de Vincent van Gogh, para depreendermos suas características como texto visual e os sentidos que podem ser gerados em sua leitura. Para isso, nos fundamentamos nas ferramentas teórico-metodológicas da semiótica francesa, nos apoiando em autores como Lara (2012), Morato (2008) Pietroforte (2004, 2013, 2016), Teixeira (1998), entre outros. Em termos metodológicos, analisamos a obra relacionando o plano de conteúdo com o plano de expressão. No plano do conteúdo, analisamos o nível discursivo e o nível fundamental; no plano da expressão, analisamos as categorias cromática, topológica e eidética; e ao correlacioná-los, foram evidenciadas relações semissimbólicas importantes à construção dos sentidos. Concluímos, portanto, que tal abordagem se mostrou produtiva na apreensão da obra e que pode servir de suporte aos educadores, facilitando o ensino de leitura voltada a textos pictóricos. |
| Abstract: | The general objective of this work is to analyze the work The Starry Night, by Vincent van Gogh, to understand its characteristics as a visual text and the meanings that can be generated when reading it. To do this, we are basing ourselves on the theoretical-methodological tools of French semiotics, relying on authors such as Lara (2012), Morato (2008) Pietroforte (2004, 2013, 2016), Teixeira (1998), among others. In methodological terms, we analyzed the work relating the content plan with the expression plan. In terms of content, we analyze the discursive level and the fundamental level; at the expression plan, we analyze the chromatic, topological and eidetic categories; and by correlating them, semi-symbolic relationships important to the construction of meanings were highlighted. We conclude, therefore, that this approach proved to be productive in understanding the work and that it can serve as support for educators, facilitating the teaching of reading focused on pictorial texts. |
