| Abstract: | Tecnologias abertas são aquelas de livre acesso, mas, tal como uma ampla comunidade de educadores envolvidos em software livre, o Texto Livre vai além: tecnologias abertas, além do livre acesso, são garantidas por suportes livres, em especial o software livre. Este grupo de ensino, pesquisa e extensão da UFMG tem foco no uso de tecnologias digitais abertas no ensino superior (especialmente Letras e Educação) e tem como premissa que a filosofia livre e aberta também gera conhecimento sobre métodos e metodologias e sobre ferramentas passíveis de utilização na educação. Da prática à teoria, este trabalho apresenta e discute a práxis de um congresso internacional de divulgação científica, o EVIDOSOL/CILTEC-Online, de um periódico científico, de uma disciplina de graduação baseada nesse ferramental e de um seminário internacional de discussão interdisciplinar de teorias de ponta. O conjunto de práticas relatado é uma amostra significativa das culturas do grupo Texto Livre. |
| Abstract: | Open Technologies are those of free access, but, as a broader community of educators involved in free software, Texto Livre goes beyond: technologies, in addition to free access, are guaranteed by free media, in a particular free software. This teaching, research and extension group from UFMG focuses on the use of open digital technologies in higher education (especially, Languages and Education) and is based on the premise that free and open philosophy also generates knowledge about methods and methodologies and about tools that can be used in education. From practice to theory, this paper presents and discusses the praxis of an international congress of scientific dissemination, EVIDOSOL/CILTEC-Online, a scientific journal, an undergraduate discipline based on this tool and an international seminar on interdisciplinary discussion of cutting-edge theories. The set of practices reported is a significant sample of the cultures of the group Texto Livre. |
