| Abstract: | O trabalho em plataformas digitais tem sido uma realidade cada vez mais presente na sociedade atual, sendo caracterizado pela flexibilidade e informalidade nas relações de trabalho. No entanto, esse tipo de trabalho também tem sido marcado por práticas antissindicais, que dificultam a organização dos trabalhadores e a garantia de seus direitos. O objetivo geral da presente pesquisa é analisar as novas práticas antissindicais no trabalho em plataformas digitais e as estratégias de resistência e luta dos movimentos sindicais diante do referido cenário. A justificativa do tema se dá pela necessidade premente de se compreender as modificações nas relações de trabalho e os impactos das plataformas digitais na organização sindical, bem como a importância de se encontrar formas de enfrentamento às práticas antissindicais. O estudo abrange uma revisão bibliográfica sobre o trabalho em plataformas digitais, as mudanças nas relações de trabalho e as novas práticas antissindicais, além de uma análise das estratégias de resistência e luta dos movimentos sindicais. Espera-se contribuir para o debate sobre o tema, com apontamento de subsídios para a elaboração de políticas públicas efetivas e para a organização dos trabalhadores. |
| Abstract: | Working on digital platforms has been an increasingly present reality in today's society,being characterized by flexibility and informality in work relationships. However, thistype of work has also been marked by anti-union practices, which make it difficult forworkers to organize and guarantee their rights. The general objective of this researchis to analyze new anti-union practices at work on digital platforms and the resistanceand struggle strategies of union movements in the face of this scenario. The theme isjustified by the pressing need to understand changes in labor relations and the impactsof digital platforms on trade union organization, as well as the importance of findingways to combat anti-union practices. The study covers a bibliographical review on workon digital platforms, changes in labor relations and new anti-union practices, in additionto an analysis of the resistance and struggle strategies of trade union movements. It isexpected to contribute to the debate on the topic, providing support for thedevelopment of effective public policies and the organization of workers. |
