| Abstract: | Entre os benefícios do acesso aberto à informação científica estão a maior visibilidade das pesquisas e a sua utilização por qualquer cidadão, o que promove, em última instância, a retroalimentação e o desenvolvimento da ciência. Desde o início, o movimento de acesso aberto à informação, ou Open Access, criou iniciativas globais para fortalecimento ao acesso Universal à Informação. (IBICT 20164. As instituições de pesquisas, como produtoras e consumidoras de informações científicas, aderiram as essas iniciativas contribuindo com o movimento ao acesso aberto à comunicação científica. |
| Abstract: | Among the benefits of open access to scientific information are greater visibility of research and its use by any citizen, which ultimately promotes feedback and the development of science. Since its inception, the open access to information movement, or Open Access, has created global initiatives to strengthen Universal Access to Information. (IBICT 20164. Research institutions, as producers and consumers of scientific information, have joined these initiatives, contributing to the movement for open access to scientific communication. |
