| Abstract: | A angiotomografia para tromboembolismo pulmonar é um exame de realização complexa, onde fatores como, tempo, fluxo, acesso venoso, local de punção, entre outros, interferem no desfecho do exame. Analisando a influência da variação do fluxo de injeção de contraste venoso na contrastação da região de interesse, foram encontrados os resultados de: injeção manual (194,9±141,2); 3,0 ml/s, 90 UH (216, 6±113,3); 3,5ml/s, 90 UH (286,5±106,6); 4,0ml/s, 90 UH (300,2±58,8); 4,0ml/s, 80 UH (328,3±110,3); 4,5ml/s, 80 UH (377,0±114,6); 5,0ml/s, 80 UH (348,9±136,8). A técnica com melhor resultado foi aquela que utilizou fluxo de 4,5 ml/s e disparo automático em 80 UH. |
| Abstract: | The angiotomography for pulmonary thormboembolism is an examination of complex realization, where factors such as, time, flow, venous access, puncture site, among others, interfere in the outcome of the examination. Analyzing the influence of the variation of the venous contrast injection flux in contrast of the region of interest, the results were found: manual injection (194.9±141.2); 3.0 ml/s, 90 HU (216.6±113.3); 3.5ml/S, 90 HU (286.5±106.6); 4.0 ml/s, 90 HU (300.2±58.8); 4.0 ml/s, 80 HU (328.3±110.3); 4.5ml/S, 80 HU (377.0±114.6); 5.0ml/s, 80 HU (348.9±136.8). Observing that the technique with best result was used a 4.5 ml/s flow and automatic trigger at 80 HU. |
