Impacto do home office de advogados na comunicação laboral

Abstract

Since the beginning of 2020, with the Covid-19 pandemic – which required social isolation – many companies were forced to adopt remote working alternatives. This change in routine was occurring more and more intensely and, even with the control of the pandemic and easing of isolation, several companies, recognizing the benefits of this type of work, have been maintaining home office. However, as a result, topics that are little discussed gain prominence and, some, have been the source of many problems: for example, the impact of communication on home office activities. The present work aims to point out and analyze some aspects of work organization, with a main focus on communication between professionals, in the home office modality of lawyers associated with a law firm. For this, Ergonomic Work Analysis (AET) was used, a methodology proposed with the aim of understanding the work of these lawyers, in order to improve it. At the end of the fieldwork, it was found that there was a need for adjustments and the creation of new strategies and means of communication that adapt to a reality in which people no longer work in the same physical environment but need to maintain the level of access to your colleague not to allow this difficulty to impact work. Thus, using the methodology in question, it was possible to detect important points of attention and recommendations for improvements in its tools and work methodology for lawyers' home offices.
