| Abstract: | This article proposes to analyze the current standards of federal legislative techniques, in the context of the functional organization of the standard as a tool for the quality of the text, with regard to understanding, especially regarding the adoption of the values of Plain Language in the preparation of administrative normative acts within the scope of the judiciary. |
