| Abstract: | Este estudo teve por objetivo analisar o uso do locativo onde e de seuscorrelatos no português vernacular de Belo Horizonte, a fim de verificar se se encontram em variação lingüística. No capítulo 1 (Delimitação do Problema) fez-se uma resenha de gramáticas normativas e estudos recentes do português a respeito da classificação, definição, valor semântico, polissemia e variação do sistema de locativos compostos pelo onde e correlatos. No capítulo 2 (Método de Pesquisa) descreveram-se a composição do corpus e os critérios adotados na presente pesquisa tais como o método de coleta e os fatores intra- e extralingüísticos considerados. No capítulo 3 (Análise dos Dados),descreveram-se, primeiramente, o inventário com as formas registradas e o comportamento lingüístico dos locativos em estudo segundo fatores intra- e extralingüísticos identificando-se os loci de variação; em seguida, analisaram-se os loci de variação e os fatores que atuaram em cada locus. Por fim, concluiu-se que há locativos em variação, que a variação identificada não se verifica em qualquer contexto, que fatores extralingüísticos podem estar atuando na distribuição das formas em variação e que existem formas inovadoras (naonde e daonde) no sistema de locativos no português vernacular de Belo Horizonte. |
| Abstract: | The aim of the present study was to analyze the use of onde and its related locative forms in vernacular Portuguese in order to verify if these items are in linguistic variation. In chapter 1 was made a review of normative grammars and recent studies on Portuguese language about the classification, definition, meaning, polysemy and variation in the system of items studied. In chapter 2 were described the compositionof the corpus and the criteria adopted in this research such as the method of gathering data and the structural and social factors considered. In chapter 3 were described, first of all, the inventory of the forms registered and its linguistics behaviour based on the factors studied identifying of loci of variation; then, were analyzed these lociand the factors that had influence on them. At last, it was concluded that there are locative forms in variation, that the variation identified doesnt occur in every context, that extralinguistic factors may be influencing the distribution of the forms in variation and that there are innovative forms (naonde and daonde) in the system of locatives in vernacular Portuguese of Belo Horizonte. |
