Os sistemas de apoio gerencial na construção do conhecimento organizacional e tomada de decisão em organizações de recuperação de crédito

Abstract

This research aimed to evaluate the importance of information systems designed to support managerial and support decision making in organizations, especially service companies credit recovery. Far will identify the information needs of these organizations and information systems that can support them, the applicability of these systems on the characteristics of these organizations, the feasibility of developing himself or others. Additionally, we seek to understand the role of knowledge management as a facilitator in this process of decision making and development of new knowledge in the organization. This work is justified by the perceived importance of information systems from the premise that these systems are non-existent or ineffective. The construction of this study was developed through a literature in books, newspapers, periodicals, magazines and internet sources already published and reliable order to understand and analyze the existing theoretical contributions and their relevance in meeting the objectives of this research. At the end it was possible to identify the numerous benefits that effective management of knowledge supported by systems can provide management support organizations, in particular the credit recovery. Explored further in relation to managerial decision-making, beyond the comprehension of competitive advantage against the competition and provided aid to the maintenance of the business. In this sense, validates my experience a few years of working in this organization, necessary investments in people, processes and technology that will enable the achievement of goals related to projects involving this topic. There is a vast field to be explored with regard to the study of support systems to support managerial decision making in such organizations. Due to technological advances, the gradual professionalization of the market performance of these organizations and the improvement and development of specialized suppliers, it is the recommendation of further research related to this issue.
