| Title: | A atuação da enfermeira frente à prevenção e tratamento do câncer de mama em uma equipe de saúde da família |

| Abstract: | Este trabalho teve como objetivo sistematizar, através da busca de evidências cientificas, o conhecimento acerca da assistência de enfermagem à mulher com câncer de mama e à sua família. As buscas bibliográficas foram realizadas nas bases de dados: LILACS, Scielo e BDENF. Foram utilizados apenas artigos disponibilizados na íntegra no portal de periódicos da CAPES. Após a análise foram eleitas as seguintes categorias: câncer de mama e família, como enfrentar o problema; a mulher após o diagnóstico de câncer de mama e cuidados de enfermagem. A partir das referencias encontradas foi realizada uma proposta para sistematizar a assistência de enfermagem à mulher em uma equipe de PSF. Ficou em destaque o papel da enfermeira em cuidar da mulher com enfoque na família orientando os cuidados para a prevenção e detecção precoce do câncer de mama além de cuidar também durante o tratamento, e na reabilitação. A forma com que o câncer acomete a mulher e seus familiares ainda são assuntos pouco abordados na literatura científica, quando a busca trata especificamente das ações de enfermagem na assistência à estas pacientes há ainda uma lacuna maior. |
| Abstract: | This study aimed to systematize, through the pursuit of scientific evidence, knowledge of nursing care to women with breast cancer and their families. The literature searches were performed in the databases: LILACS, ScieELO and BDENF. Only full articles available in the CAPES periodical portal were used. After analysis, were elected the following categories: breast cancer and family; how to face the problem; the woman after being diagnosed with breast cancer and nursing care. From the evidence found, a proposal was made to systematize nursing care to woman in the PSF team . It was highlighted the role of nurses in care of women with a focus on advising family about prevention and early detection of breast cancer, and also in care during treatment and rehabilitation. The way cancer affects women and their families are still matters little discussed in scientific literature. When the research addresses specifically nursing actions in the assistance to these patients there is still a major gap |
