Supervisão delegada: estruturação do processo de trabalho no núcleo de apoio às Escolas Técnicas de Saúde do SUS do Estado de São Paulo

Abstract

The State Secretariat for Education of the State of São Paulo delegated the competence to exercise self-monitoring to the Support Center to the Healthcare Technical Schools (Núcleo de Apoio às Escolas Técnicas de Saúde - NAET) of the Brazilian National Health Care System known as Unified Health System (Sistema Único de Saúde SUS), of the Human Resources Coordination of the State Secretariat for Health of the State of São Paulo as a result of the acknowledgement of the high quality of educational practices used at the midlevel technical professional formation offered to the public healthcare civil servants. The subject matter addressed hereunder resulted from the necessity of preparing an operating procedure plan to be implemented at the NAET, the object of which is to standardize procedures and actions to develop the technical schools educational Monitoring Team activities. This paper was based on the law applicable to education currently in effect, as well as existing articles, scientific papers and educational projects. Documents and rules were created to be used to implement recommendation standards as well as the verification and adequacy of such standards, aiming the quality of education and to cause the compliance with the laws currently in effect that have been enacted by the State Secretariat for Education to guarantee and protect the regularity of the students life at school. Therefore, this plan shall contribute to increase the quality of the midlevel technical professional training and, consequently to improve the quality of healthcare provision to the population.
