Conselho de classe na escola técnica do SUS em Sergipe: uma intervenção necessária

Abstract

As a result of the new vision of co-responsibility of the individual, as principal agent of the process of discussions end decisions in the management of public policies, the proposed creation of Councils, as an instance of social control, whether in education as in health, comemeet the requirement of these social policies, concerned with the formation of an individual critic, fit to live in society, in the exercise of their citizenship. In an institution such as SUS Technical School in merging actions Policies Education and Health, seeking to train individuals already working as professionals in the health system, adding to this training process norms and behaviors of effective educational system, it is essential that there is a space in which the exercise of collective participation in the processes of this school will meet the requirements of these policies in this new social context. Therefore it becomes necessaryto implement a Class Council, intervention proposal presented here, enabling through the participation of stakeholders in the process of teaching and learning a new culture that will meet a critical and reflective characteristics of this space issues management democratic andevaluation, ensuring that there is an assessment of the educational process in a dynamic, dialogical and procedural, in the daily work of the Technical School of SUS in Sergipe, always backing up official documents of the institution. Aiming to develop this proposedintervention through the implementation of the Class Council, regulated in its Charter School, we chose to use as a working methodology actions that reinforce the interventionist nature of this study, focusing on the processes of collective work of the school, with the participation ofall the cores in a representative manner, through the actions of democratic management, aimed at strengthening the Technical School of SUS in Sergipe.
