A política de educação permanente à saúde em Alagoas implementada pela ETSUS: desafios e possibilidades

Abstract

The Technical School of Health Prof. Valeria Time, University of Health Sciences of Alagoas, has struggled to enable the vocational training courses for workers contextualized in the Unified Health System (SUS), resulting barriers political-administrative in training Health Human Resources in the municipalities. The study is justified by the need to raise the critical nodes that hinder the implementation of the courses in the municipalities, enabling municipal managers understand the importance of the role of ETSUS in implementing the EducationPolicy Committee, to the State upon intervention proposals for Institution Trainer. This study aims to develop a proposal for intervention to contribute to the implementation of education policy implemented by permanent health ETSUS-AL. We chose to study in the review of theliterature. A literature search was performed in the Virtual Health Library (VHL-BIREME) in electronic databases Latin American and Caribbean Health Sciences (LILACS) and Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), site of the Ministry of Health and in some texts the magazine RETSUS. The investigation will be conducted in the aforementioned school and 102 municipalities. Used as a strategy to raise awareness of municipal managers on the National Policy on Education Permanent wheels conversations and preparation of schedules of activities. It is expected to validate the intervention plan purposeful Forming the manager of the institution, as well as the implementation of strategies that will be used, in order to respond to the problem of the study from the perspective of a new reading of the policy actions of Continuing Education in the state in compliance with Education Programs Permanent executed without interruption compliance with the pact by the municipal managers, according to the assumptions advocated in normative devices. It is expected that the implementation of the proposals listed, may result in awakening and sensitivity to the importance of the commitment of the actors involved in the process, agreements and, in turn, greater integration between the Institution Trainer and municipal managers, mediated by the Commission on Integration and Education Services - CIES, provided builders policy guiding the training of workers in the State of SUS.
