| Abstract: | Segundo a Organização Mundial de Saúde (OMS) o Uso Racional de Medicamentos (URM) ocorre quando o paciente recebe o medicamento apropriado à sua necessidade clínica, na dose e posologia corretas, por um período de tempo adequado e ao menor custo para si e para acomunidade. O presente estudo pretende identificar estratégias de atenção farmacêutica sobre o uso racional de medicamentos. Trata-se de estudo teórico de Revisão Integrativa de Literatura, baseado no referencial teórico-metodológico da Prática Baseada em Evidências.Consultaram-se publicações da Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde, indexadas nas fontes de dados LILACS e SCIELO e foram selecionadas dezoito produções científicas, de acordo com os critérios de inclusão estabelecidos. A análise crítica dos dados obtidos revela odesenvolvimento de ações e estratégias para o URM seguindo três categorias, sendo elas: ações para a consolidação de uma relação confiável entre farmacêuticos e usuários; ações para implementar a gestão da Assistência Farmacêutica (AF); ações para minimizar o usoirracional de medicamentos. Por meio desta revisão integrativa foi possível identificar estratégias de atenção farmacêutica sobre o uso racional de medicamentos. |
| Abstract: | According to the World Health Organization (WHO), Rational Drug Use (RDU) occurs when the patient receives the appropriate medication to their clinical needs, in doses and dosage correct, for an appropriate period of time and at the lowest cost to them and to the community.The present study aims at identifying strategies for pharmaceutical care about the rational use of medicines. This is a theoretical study of Integrative Literature Review, based on theoretical and methodological framework of the Evidence-Based Practice. Have consulted publicationsVirtual Health Library, indexed in LILACS and SciELO sources of data and scientific eighteen productions were selected according to the inclusion criteria. A critical analysis of the results reveals the development of actions and strategies for URM following three categories, which are: actions to consolidate a reliable relationship between pharmacists andusers; actions to implement the management of the Pharmaceutical Care (AF); actions to minimize the irrational use of drugs. Through this integrative review was to identify possible strategies for pharmaceutical care about the rational use of medicines. |
