| Abstract: | Este estudo teve como objetivo analisar na literatura nacional a produção científica relacionada com o conceito de acolhimento, bem como suas formas de aplicação e desenvolvimento dentro das Unidades Básicas de Saúde na Estratégia Saúde da Família. Optou-se por trabalhar com revisão narrativa através de levantamento bibliográfico em dois bancos de dados oficiais vinculados à Biblioteca Virtual da Saúde-BVS: LILACS e SciELO onde foram selecionados 20 artigos de 50 consultados. O estudo possibilitou verificar como o acolhimento é importante para uma boa organização do processo de trabalho da equipe da Estratégia Saúde da Família, também a organização do acesso aos serviços ofertados pela Unidade Básica de Saúde e para resolubilidade dos problemas de saúde-doença que aparecem nas famílias residentes no território. Além disso, o estudo mostra quanto o acolhimento aproxima os usuários da equipe de saúde quando esta consegue de forma humanizada atender e resolver praticamente todas as demandas das famílias deste território. O estudo mostrou também distanciamentos técnicos conceituais bem como limitações estruturais de organização do processo de trabalho. |
| Abstract: | This study aimed to analyze in the national scientific production related to the concept of reception as well as their application forms and development within the Basic Health Units in the Family Health Strategy. We chose to work with narrative review through literature in two official databases linked to the Virtual Health Library, VHL: LILACS and SciELO where 20 articles were selected from 50 consulted. This study enabled us to see how the host is important for proper organization of the team work of the Family Health Strategy, also the organization of access to services offered by the Basic Health Unit and for solving the problems of health and disease appearing in families residing in the territory. Furthermore, the study shows how users approach the host of the healthcare team when it gets so humanized meet and resolve almost all demands of the families of this area. The study also showed distancing technical and conceptual limitations of structural organization of the work process. |
