Identificação de impactos ambientais em uma vereda localizada em área de cultivo de eucalipto, no município de Buritizeiro - Minas Gerais

Abstract

The present work was developed from a survey in the study area, carried out by a team from the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais - UFMG. It had as aim to identify the environmental impacts in a vereda, located in area of cultivation of eucalyptus in the city of Buritizeiro - MG. The methodology adopted in the realization of this work was the check-list, based on the description of the indicators of environmental impacts coming from the anthropogenic actions, caused to natural environments, with consequences for the vereda, through observation in locus. The techniques used in the Environmental Impact Assessment were: list of impacts, walking the banks of veredas, beyond the aid of satellite imagery to assessment of the stretch untrodden, due to logistics. Through field survey, along with the valuation techniques used, it was possible to identify the main environmental impacts in the vereda in study.
