| Abstract: | O ambiente escolar é hoje uma extensão da moradia para muitas crianças. As crianças desses tempos modernos ficam em média oito horas no ambiente escolar. Nesse ambiente de múltiplos comportamentos elas estudam, alimentam, higienizamse, brincam e praticam esportes. Sendo assim, esta proposta de intervenção surge como uma forma de intervir na realidade das crianças do 1º e 2º ciclo, promovendo o conhecimento sobre higienização das mãos na Escola Municipal Pérsio Pereira Pinto (EMPPP) no bairro Borges Belo horizonte, MG. Foi realizado o diagnóstico situacional da escola e uma revisão narrativa da literatura sobre o assunto, com pesquisa bibliográfica, consultando as revistas indexadas na biblioteca virtual em saúde (BVS), no Scientific Eletronic Libray Online (SCIELO). As crianças beneficiadas com esse projeto são, na sua maioria, de famílias socioeconômicas muito carentes. O método usado para realização desta proposta foi o método de planejamento estratégico situacional (PES) composto por 10 passos. Espera se que esse projeto possa proporcionar um diferente olhar sobre a higienização das mãos para docentes e principalmente para os discentes, uma vez que a higiene pessoal está intimamente relacionada á qualidade de vida, ou seja, com a saúde no coletivo ou individual. |
| Abstract: | The school environment is now an extension of housing for many children. Children these modern times are on average eight hours at school. In this environment of multiple behaviors they study, feed, if sanitize-, play and practice sports. Thus, this intervention proposal comes as a way to intervene in the reality of children of 1st and 2nd cycle, promoting awareness of hand hygiene at the Municipal School Pérsio Pereira Pinto (EMPPP) in Borges neighborhood - Belo Horizonte, MG. The situational diagnosis of the school and a narrative review of the literature on the subject, with bibliographical research, consulting journals indexed by virtual health library was performed (VHL), the Scientific Electronic Online Libray (SCIELO). Children benefit from this project are mostly very poor socioeconomic families. The method used to carry out this proposal was the situational strategic planning method (PES) consists of 10 steps. It is expected that this project can provide a different look about hand hygiene for teachers and especially for the students, since personal hygiene is closely related to the quality of life, ie health in collective or individual. |
