| Abstract: | O presente trabalho originou se a partir do diagnóstico situacional feito na comunidade de Vila Acari, pertencente ao município de Pintópolis. Identificou-se um número significativo de pessoas portadoras de Hipertensão Arterial Sistêmica e das sérias dificuldades que ainda apresentam para lidar com a mesma. A Hipertensão Arterial é uma síndrome que se caracteriza basicamente pelo aumento dos níveis pressóricos, tanto sistólico quanto diastólico, atingindo 10 a 20 % da população adulta e aparecendo como causa direta ou indireta de elevado número de óbitos. Este estudo tem como principal objetivo elaborar um plano de ação com vistas à diminuição do número de casos novos de hipertensão arterial na área de abrangência da equipe de saúde da família de Acari, município de Pintópolis. Para tal, realizou se pesquisa no SciELO por meio dos seguintes descritores: hipertensão estratégia saúde da família e atenção à saúde. Também foram consultados documentos do Ministério da Saúde. O plano de ação foi baseado no Planejamento Estratégico Situacional. Espera se que com a implementação do plano consiga se modificar o estilo de vida da população e, portanto, reduzir o numero de casos novos de hipertensão arterial. |
| Abstract: | This work led to a situational diagnosis made in the community of Vila Acari, in the municipality of Pintópolis. It identified a significant number of people with Hypertension and the serious difficulties that still have to deal with it. The Hypertension is a syndrome that is characterized primarily by an increase in blood pressure, both systolic as diastolic, reaching 10-20% of adults and appearing as a direct or indirect cause of the high number of deaths. This study has as main objective to elaborate an action plan aimed at reducing the number of new cases of hypertension in health team coverage area of Acari Family, municipality of Pintópolis. To this end, research is conducted in SciELO using the following descriptors: hypertension family health strategy and health care. Were also consulted the Ministry of Health documents. The action plan was based on the Situational Strategic Planning. It is expected that with the implementation of the plan can be changed the lifestyle of the population and therefore reduce the number of new cases of hypertension. |
