Estratégia para a efetividade das atividades grupais: uma revisão integrativa da literatura

Abstract

Health education is one way to connect health professionals with the population, favoring closer ties. It is grounded in some basic principles, such as listening to others; the exchange of experiences and the construction of new knowledge. The operative groups emerge as educational practices used by the ESF healthcare professional, that when well-designed and properly planned, enable learning and exchange of experiences, providing greater interaction, construction and improvement of the quality of life of those involved. The aim of this study was to analyze the strategies that make it possible to obtain positive results in meetings with groups, given the importance of these actions to the smooth running of the ESF activities. It concludes with this study that the operative groups have great relevance in the health services, should be prioritized by the nurses when scheduling its activities, however, for achieving the objectives of the groups the effective participation of health staff is essential in addition there is a diversification of themes.
