| Abstract: | O trabalho de conclusão será de reforço estrutural com a apresentação de um estudo de caso. Reforço estrutural é o processo utilizado para solucionar diversas problemáticas originadas pelo desgaste do tempo, vícios de falhas na execução, ação de agentes químicos, ou ainda da alteração da destinação da estrutura que necessite de aumento de carga. Os tipos de reforços estruturais mais utilizados são o de encamisamento com grout ou concreto, manta de fibra de carbono e chapa metálica, para um reforço de uma estrutura com o aumento das seções resistentes das lajes. No empreendimento em questão foi feita uma reserva técnica de dois pavimentos por razões comerciais e para viabilização de um negócio foi necessária à execução do reforço. O reforço estrutural adotado foi em chapa metálica colada com resina epoxy na estrutura e chumbada ao concreto de forma a se obter um elemento monolítico com maior capacidade de carga. A escolha deste material foi devido ao prazo de execução e custo. Serão mostradas as características dos materiais, aço e resina, e os procedimentos executivos do reforço, da limpeza da superfície ao acabamento. |
| Abstract: | The completion of work to be developed will be structural reinforcement with the presentation of a case study.Structural reinforcement is the process used to address several problems originated by the time wear , failure vices execution, chemical attack , or changing the allocation structure that requires increased load. The most used types of structural reinforcements are of casing with grout or concrete , carbon fiber mat and sheet metal , for reinforcing a structure with increased resistance of the slab sections . The enterprise in question was a technical reserve of two floors for commercial reasons and for the feasibility of a business was required to strengthen the implementation . The structural reinforcement sheet metal used was glued with epoxy resin in the structure and bolted to the concrete in order to obtain a monolithic element with higher load capacity . The choice of material was due to lead time and cost. The characteristics of the material will be displayed , steel and resin , and the strengthening of executive procedures , cleaning the finished surface. |
