| Abstract: | A hipertensão arterial é uma doença de alta prevalência na população mundial e um importante fator de risco das doenças cardiovasculares. O objetivo deste trabalho foi propor um projeto de intervenção com ações educativas para aumentar os conhecimentos sobre os fatores de risco em pacientes com hipertensão arterial na unidade básica de saúde Zuleica Araújo, no município de Divino das Laranjeiras, Minas Gerais. Para fundamentar este projeto foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográficana Biblioteca Virtual em saúde, nas bases de dados da SciELO com os descritores: Hipertensão, Educação e Atenção Primária à Saúde. Também foram pesquisados Manuais do Ministério da Saúde. Espera-se, por meio da intervenção educativa elevar o nível de conhecimentos sobre fatores de riscos e sobre medidas deprevenção e controle da hipertensão. Pretende se, também, aumentar o controle da pressão arterial na população depois de terminada a intervenção. |
| Abstract: | Hypertension is a highly prevalent disease in the world population and a major risk factor for cardiovascular disease. The aim of this study was to propose an intervention project with educational activities to increase awareness of the risk factors in patients with hypertension in the primary care unit Zuleica Araújo, the Divine city of Orange, Minas Gerais. To support this project a literature search in the Virtual Library in Health was held in SciELO databases with keywords: Hypertension Education and Primary Health Care were also surveyed the Ministry of Health Manual is expected through the educational intervention raise the level of knowledge about risk and on prevention and control of hypertension factors. It intends to also increase the control of blood pressure in the population after the end of the intervention. |
