| Abstract: | Este trabalho tem como objetivo a apresentação de um sistema de centralização, compartilhamento e distribuição de documentos digitais na empresa General Electric a nível mundial. A implementação desse sistema, chamado BOX, é analisada neste trabalho quanto as questões de usabilidade, interface e segurança. Também será entendido historicamente a centralização de documentos e acesso digital compartilhado em rede de computadores. Foi utilizada a pesquisa bibliográfica para realização dos estudos teóricos e também o manual de utilização do sistema. A demonstração do sistema em si é o objetivo do capitulo de análise bem como a explicação dos recursos e funcionalidades para o controle de acesso e distribuição de documentos. Finalmente, será apresentada uma conclusão da análise sobre o Sistema BOX usado pela GE. |
| Abstract: | This paper aims to demonstrate a centralized, shared and distributed digital documentations system of General Electric company globally. The implementation of this system, called BOX, is analyzed with regards to usability, interface and security. It will be understood historically the digital document centralization and digital access in computers network. A bibliographic research was conducted to accomplish this study and also the system utilization manual. The system demonstration is the objective of the analysis chapter as well as the explanation of the resources and features to achieve the access control and digital document distribution. Finally, it will be presented a conclusion of the analysis about the BOX system used by GE. |
