Humanização na Unidade Básica de Saúde José Gordiano, Rio Espera, Minas Gerais: proposta de intervenção

Abstract

The humanization in healthcare turns to concrete practices engaged in the production of health and production of subject, so that better serve the user in line with better working conditions and participation of the different subjects involved in the production process. In this sense, the permanent education can be considered a tool to be exploited by healthcare institutions, aiming to improve the work process in the health unit, in turn, improve the quality of attention to users seeking the service. Thus, this work aims to perform, by means of a proposal for intervention, the permanent education in service focusing on humanizing in basic unit of Health José Gordian, municipality of Rio Espera, Minas Gerais. To give theoretical support to the proposal was carried out initially about the bibliographic survey themes Humanization in healthcare services and permanent Education in the databases Lilacs and Bireme Virtual Health Library (VHL). In addition, programmes have been consulted by the Ministry of health that deals with the subject. The proposed intervention will be held through three workshops, in which will be worked the humanizing the health service with readings of texts, discussions in groups, plenary and participation of speaker. The material built in the workshops will be organized in the form of Protocol, which will be fulfilled by professionals working in the UBS José Gordian.
