| Abstract: | Em uma sociedade cada vez mais envelhecida, em que há necessidade de apoio às pessoas idosas dependentes, interroga-se sobre o fato de voltar à atenção a saúde do cuidador e a experiência de cuidar de um doente em casa é uma tendência cada vez mais crescente. O objetivo do presente trabalho é Analisar a saúde do familiar-cuidador considerando-os aspectos preventivos e promocionais da saúde desse indivíduo. A metodologia utilizada trata-se de uma pesquisa integrativa de caráter descritivo e exploratório, na busca de evidências sobre publicações relativas ao tema familiar-cuidador. No resultado observou-se que 39% das publicações discorriam sobre o familiar-cuidador de idosos com demências proporcionadas pelo avanço da idade, 18% referem-se ao familiar-cuidador demonstrando as mudanças de hábitos que obteve após tornar-se cuidador, os outros 43% dividem-se em familiares com patologias específicas. Assim, pode se considerar que o profissional enfermeiro e demais membros da equipe de enfermagem, mesmo sem o apoio do Estado, como agentes transformadores no campo da saúde, devem estar atentos e comprometidos com a assistência domiciliar ao cuidador e ao idoso doente. |
| Abstract: | In an increasingly aging society, there is the need to support elderly dependents, wonders about the fact that attention back to the health of the caregiver and the experience of caring for a patient at home is an increasingly growing trend. The objective of this study is to analyze the health of the family-caregiver considering the preventive and promotive aspects of health of that individual. The methodology used it is a search integrative descriptive and exploratory, seeking evidence of publications relating to the subject-family caregiver. In the result it was observed that 39 % of publications discoursed on the family-caregiver of elderly patients with dementia offered by the advancement of age, 18 % refer to family-caregiver demonstrating changes in habits that got after becoming a caregiver, others 43 % fall into familiar with specific pathologies. Thus, it can be considered that the nurses and other members of the nursing team, even without state support, as change agents in the health field, should be vigilant and committed to home care and caregiver to the elderly patient. |
