| Title: | Estratégias de prevenção sobre álcool e outras drogas para adolescentes: uma revisão integrativa |

| Abstract: | Nos dias atuais o uso de drogas vem sendo considerado pela OMS um grave problema de saúde pública, ocasionando numerosas repercussões sociais, físicas e mentais; sendo esse, cada vez mais precoce.O consumo destas substâncias carece a atenção de todos; da sociedade em geral, dos profissionais de saúde, da comunidade científica e dos professores na escola; principalmente no emprego de ações de prevençãodo uso dessas substâncias psicoativas. Este estudo teve como objetivo realizar uma revisão integrativa, investigando quais as estratégias de prevenção sobre álcool e outras drogas, vem sendo direcionadas a população de adolescentes e se as mesmas reduzem o consumo destas substâncias na presente população. A busca de artigos foi realizada nas bases de dados BVS, SCOPUS, CINAHL, PUBMED e THE COCHARANE, empregando-se como estratégia de busca os Descritores em Ciência da Saúde (DECS)- Ensino (Teaching), Educação em Saúde (Health education), Transtornos relacionados ao uso de substâncias (Substancerelateddisorders) e Adolescentes (Adolescent ). Também foi utilizado o operador booleano AND entre os presentes descritores. Foram incluídos artigos na língua inglesa, portuguesa e espanhola; publicados a partir de 2003 e com a temática relacionada a estratégias de prevenção sobre álcool e outras drogaspara adolescentes. Foram encontrados 991 artigos, sendo 106 na base de dados BVS, 31 na SCOPUS, 444 na CINAHL, 404 na PUBMED em seis na THE CICHARANE. Dos 991, 963 foram excluídos e 28 foram incluídos na revisão, os quais, seis são da base de dados BVS, nove da CINAHL e treze da PUBMED. Os resultados demonstraram a existência de uma variedade de programas, projetos e intervenções que são utilizados como estratégias de prevenção da utilização de drogas para adolescentes em vários países e os quais em 71,4% dos estudos encontrados, mostraram ser efetivos.Observou-se também uma heterogeneidade de locais e pessoas que empregaram essas estratégias, mas com predominância de realização em escolas por professoresConclui-se que a utilização das estratégias de prevenção de substâncias psicoativas voltadas para os adolescentes é eficaz e constitui uma ação importante para minimizar a problemática das drogas |
| Abstract: | Nowadays the use of drugs has been considered by WHO a serious public health problem, causing numerous social, physical and mental repercussions; this being increasingly early. The use of these substances needs everyone's attention; society in general, health professionals, the scientific community and teachers in school; especially in employment use prevention actions of these psychoactive substances. This study aimed to carry out an integrative review investigating the strategies of prevention of alcohol and other drugs has been directed at adolescent population and whether they reduce the consumption of these substances in this population. The search for articles was conducted in the VHL databases, Scopus, CINAHL, PubMed and THE COCHARANE, using a strategy to search the Descriptors of Health Science (DECS) - Education (Teaching), Education for Health (Health education) , disorders related to substance use (Substance related disorders) and Adolescents (Adolescent). It was also used the Boolean AND operator between the present descriptors. They included articles in English, Portuguese and Spanish; published since 2003 and the theme related to prevention strategies on alcohol and other drugs to teenagers. 991 articles were found, 106 in VHL database, 31 in SCOPUS, CINAHL at 444, 404 in PUBMED in six in THE CICHARANE. Of the 991, 963 were excluded and 28 were included in the review, which, six are the VHL database, CINAHL nine and thirteen of PUBMED. The results demonstrated the existence of a variety of programs, projects, interventions which are used as prevention strategies of drug use in several countries for adolescents and 71.4% of that found in studies have shown to be effective. It was also observed heterogeneity of places and people who used these strategies, but with a predominance of achievement in schools by teachers conclude that the use of psychoactive substances prevention strategies for adolescents is effective and is an important action to minimize the problem of drugs |
