| Abstract: | A Educação Permanente em Saúde (EPS) visa priorizar os problemas cotidianos em relação à saúde e a organização do trabalho. Objetivos: Apresentar as discussões acerca da Educação Permanente em Saúde entre os anos de 2005 e 2014. Metodologia: Optou-se pela revisão integrativa da literatura, no período compreendido entre 2005 a 2014. O levantamento bibliográfico ocorreu na Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde. Resultados: Construção educativa: participativa, dialógica e centrada nos processos de trabalho. Considerações Finais: A EPS vem possibilitando novas práticas de saúde, como a humanização do trabalho, levantamento de problemas e busca de soluções, organização do processo de trabalho, gestão participativa, promoção da participação do usuário na construção dos SUS |
| Abstract: | The Continuing Health Education ( EPS) aims to prioritize everyday problems in relation to health and the organization of work . Objectives: To present the discussions of Continuing Education in Health between 2005 and 2014. Methodology: We opted for the integrative literature review in the period 2005 to 2014. The literature occurred in the Virtual Health Library. Results: educational building : participatory , dialogic and focused on work processes, Final Thoughts : the EPS has enabled new health practices , such as the humanization of work , raising problems and search for solutions, organization of the work process , participative management , promoting user participation in the construction of SUS |
