| Abstract: | O objetivo deste trabalho é apresentar a condução da Mesa de Diálogo e NegociaçãoPermanente com Ocupações Urbanas e Rurais e outros grupos envolvidos em conflitossocioambientais e fundiários de Minas Gerais diante dos conflitos fundiários rurais, ligados aoacesso ou dificuldade de acesso à terra ou território. A investigação faz parte dos debates sobreas formas de tratamento dos conflitos, dentro do paradigma de Estado Democrático de Direito,tendo como pano de fundo o Direito e a Antropologia. Instituída no ano de 2015, a Mesa deDiálogo e Negociação Permanente é uma ação inovadora de tratar os conflitos fundiários. Otrabalho identifica o potencial da medida, consciente das imperfeições e limites, advindos atémesmo da complexidade na qual a Mesa está inserida. O que se pretende é descrever a estruturada Mesa, e sua forma de atuação no tratamento dos conflitos fundiários escolhidos comorecorte, discutindo suas relações com Estado, direito e Administração Pública. |
| Abstract: | The objective of this work is to present the "Dialogue and Permanent Negotiation Table withUrban and Rural Occupations and other groups involved in socioenvironmental and landconflicts in Minas Gerais" in the face of rural land conflicts related to access or difficulty ofaccess to land or territory. The research is part of the debates on the forms of conflict treatment,within the paradigm of Democratic State of Law, against the background of Law andAnthropology. Established in 2015, the Permanent Dialogue and Negotiation Table is aninnovative action to deal with land conflicts. The work identifies the potential of the measure,aware of the imperfections and limits, coming even from the complexity in which the table isinserted. The purpose of this paper is to describe the structure of the Bureau and its way ofdealing with land conflicts chosen as a cut, discussing its relations with State, law and PublicAdministration. |
