Abstract:	Nesse trabalho, estudaremos as transformações de Cremona dadas por quádricas do espaço linear projetivo de dimensão n com n = 3 e n = 4 , e suas inversas. Nossa abordagem utiliza um método devido a Cremona com o objetivo de determinar uma classe especial de sistemas lineares de quádricas que dão origem as transformações de Cremona. Esse método também possibilita o estudo de propriedades sobre tais transformações como, por exemplo, onde não está definida, o grau da transformação inversa e o conjunto onde não é injetiva.
Abstract:	In this dissertation, we consider Cremona transformations given by quadrics in the projective space of dimension n, n = 3 and n = 4, and its inverses. Our approach considers a method due to Cremona with the aim of determining a special class of linear systems of quadrics that give rise to Cremona transformations. This method also enables one to study further properties of Cremona transformations such as the locus where it is not defined, the degree of its inverse and the set where it is not injective.
