| Abstract: | Uma transformação é chamada de Cremona se é racional com inversa também racional. Seja G a quádrica de Plücker de P5. Um complexo quadrático X é a interseção de G com uma segunda quádrica F. Dada uma reta L X P5 e um subespaço linear M P5, M = P3, M \ L = ;, podemos considerar a projeção L : X 99K M com centro em L.Nosso objetivo é estudar a relação entre as transformações de Cremona cubo-cúbicas no espaço e complexos quadráticos de retas. A relação é a seguinte: dada duas retas L1 e L2 X mostramos que ' = L2 1L1 é uma transformação de Cremona cubo-cúbica queserá classificada em termos da posição relativa das retas escolhidas. Mostra-se ainda que o lugar de base de uma tal transformação contém uma curva quíntica suave de gênero 2.A referência básica da dissertação é o artigo \On Cremona Transformations and Quadratic Complexes", dos autores D. | Abstract: | A transformation is called Cremona if it is rational with rational inverse. Let G be the Plücker quadric in P5. A quadratic complex X is the intersection of G with a second quadric F. Given a line L X P5 and a linear subspace M P5, M = P3, M \L = ;, we can consider the projection L : X 99K M with center L.Our goal is to study the relation between Cremona cubo-cubic transformations and quadratic line complexes. The relation is as follows: given two lines L1 and L2 X we show that ' = L2 1L1 is a cubo-cubic Cremona transformation that will be classiedin terms of the relative position of the lines chosen. We will also show that the base locus of such a transformation contains a smooth genus 2 quintic.The basic reference for the dissertation is the article \On Cremona Transformations and Quadratic Complexes" by D.
