| Abstract: | O presente texto apresenta uma série trabalhos visuais, especialmente performances, que estabelecem relações entre a morte, o erotismo, o espaço sagrado e o profano. Há um destaque para as décadas de 1960 e 1970, no entanto, a partir da segunda parte do texto abordam-se trabalhos mais recentes. O estudo é também um exercício de escrita criativa, inspirado na estrutura do Atlas de Aby Warburg, contendo ressonâncias imagéticas e textuais que fragmentam e se conectam ao longo da escrita. Como nas pranchas de Warburg, as imagens se reúnem formando constelações, cujo brilho oscila nas intermitências entre Eros e Tânatos. Nas oscilações entre as imagens é que se situa o objeto de arte. | Abstract: | This text presents a serie of visual works, especially performances that establish relations between death, eroticism, sacred and profane space. There is an emphasis 1960s and 1970s production however from the second section more recent works appears. The study is also an exercise in creative writing, inspired by Aby Warburg Atlass, containing imagery and textual resonances and their connections during the writing process. As the Warburgs plates, images come together forming constellations, whose brightness varies in flashes between Eros and Thanatos. The oscillations between images is where the art object is. Each chapter consists of an atlas and their constellations |
