| Abstract: | A presente dissertação é um estudo acerca da técnica de animação derecorte, Abrange sua história, e focaliza as ferramentas usadas nas produções manuais e digitais dando principal ênfase em como novas tecnologias digitais podem favorecer a produção da animação de recorte e qual o impacto técnico esses recursos podem ter na criação de personagens. Aponta também aplicações interativas que utilizam o recorte. Apesar do direcionamento técnico o trabalho pretende levantar questões quanto ao estilo e a adequação do formato ao discursoque se pretende ao optar por um caminho ou outro em uma produção |
| Abstract: | The present essay deals with questions surrounding the cut-out animation technique. Covers its history and analyzes both manual and digital production tools.The essay emphasizes how new technologies can help the production of animation and what is the technical impact that those tools may have in character development.It also discuss interactive applications that make use of cut-out techniques. Altough it has a technical aproach, the essay brings up questions about style and about the fitting of the format to the intended speech when an option is made for one way or another in a production. |
