dc.description.abstract | This study was conducted with underground miners who work in alternating work teams. It is part of the the UFMG Project on "Connections of expertise about work". This is an interdisciplinary research study undertaken with mine workers, technicians, teachers and students of Psychology, Medicine, Education and Production Engineering, from the ergonomic perspective known as Three Poles Dynamic Device. The study is one of the end products of such project. Goal: To research work and its impact on the daily life of underground mine workers, with the theoretical contributions of Ergology and the Clinic of Activity, comparing and contrasting academic knowledge and the expertise developed by workers. The specific aim is to check how the worker develops re-normatization which is the source of autonomy in his activity. | pt_BR |
| pt_BR |
