| Abstract: | A proposta deste trabalho é compreender como o modelo de Policiamento Comunitário se insere na Polícia Civil de Minas Gerais e em que medida esse modelo promove uma verdadeira mudança organizacional. Alternativamente, problematizo o fato de que se, ao invés de promover a mudança organizacional, o Policiamento Comunitário é tão somente um novo nome para velhas práticas dentro da Polícia Civil de Minas Gerais. Assim, esta dissertação apresenta o mapeamento do modelo de Policiamento Comunitário, através dos projetos de ensino e estratégias de ação policial baseados nesta filosofia dentro da PCMG, vistos como um processo de mudança organizacional que pode ser explicado pelas teorias das sociologia econômica e sociologia das organizações. |
| Abstract: | The purpose of this paper is to understand how the community policing model is inserted in the Civil Police of Minas Gerais and to what extent this model promotes a true organizational change. Alternatively, I problematize the fact that if, instead of promoting organizational change, community policing is just a new name for old practices within the Civil Police of Minas Gerais. Thus, this dissertation presents the mapping of the community policing model, through the teaching projects and strategies of police action based on this philosophy within the PCMG, seen as a process of organizational change that can be explained by the theories of economic sociology and sociology of organizations. |
