Resumo
Trata-se de um projeto de intervenção que visa à identificação de fatores predisponentes ao desenvolvimento da Síndrome de Burnout em agentes socioeducativos. Essa síndrome é caracterizada a partir do estresse ocupacional que acomete profissionais envolvidos com qualquer tipo de cuidado em uma relação de atenção direta. Alguns efeitos deletérios desta síndrome são: A diminuição da produção do profissional, diminuição da qualidade do trabalho executado, altarotatividade em empresas, incremento de acidentes ocupacionais e o absenteísmo. O trabalho dos agentes socioeducativos é de cunho educativo e de segurança, estando inclusas ainda as ações preventivas e interventivas. A presença de diversos estressores decorrentes da atividade laboral, relacionado ao alto grau de exigência pode levar a um aumento de estresse vivido e desencadear nesse profissional, oacometimento da Síndrome de Burnout. Para tanto, este trabalho objetiva avaliar os estressores causadores da Síndrome de Burnout bem como identificar sua ocorrência nos agentes socioeducativos. A proposta de intervenção se dará em duas vias, individual e coletiva. A conversa inicial, aplicação do inventário e a entrevista motivacional serão realizadas individualmente. E a realização do grupo operativoterá o formato de reunião com os servidores e caracterizará a parte coletiva
Abstract
It is an intervention project aimed at the identification of predisposing factors to the development of Burnout Syndrome in socio-educational agents. This syndrome is characterized from occupational stress which affects professionals involved with anytype of care in a relationship of direct attention. Some deleterious effects of this syndrome are: Decreased production of professional, decreased quality of workperformed, high turnover in companies, an increase of occupational accidents and absenteeism. The work of youth agents is the educational basis and security and is also included preventive and interventional actions. The presence of various stressors arising from work activity, related to the high level of demand can lead to increased stress and lived trigger this professional, the involvement of burnout syndrome. The refore, this study aims to evaluate the stressors causing the burnoutsyndrome and identify its occurrence in socio-educational agents. The proposed intervention will occur in two ways, individually and collectively. The initial conversation, the inventory application and motivational interviewing will be conducted individually. And the realization of the operative group will be meeting format with servers and will feature the collective part
