Resumo
Esta dissertação consiste em um estudo etnográfico sobre as sensibilidades jurídicas (percepções de justiça) de profissionais que atuam em um Centro de Referência Especializado de Assistência Social - CREAS de Belo Horizonte. Como orientadora jurídica da unidade socioassistencial, a autora analisa, a partir de um estudo das sensibilidades jurídicas das técnicas, o cotidiano do Serviço de Proteção Especializado a Famílias e Indivíduos - PAEFI e do Serviço de Medidas Socioeducativas - MSE, investigando como suas trabalhadoras interpretam e colocam em prática conceitos de direito e Proteção Social e as relações com Sistema de Justiça e outras políticas públicas, em meio a lacunas institucionais e à sobrecarga funcional. Nesse contexto, a pesquisa busca compreender como os significados de justiça são construídos e negociados nas práticas diárias de cuidado, resistência e garantia de direitos de populações em situação de vulnerabilidade.
Abstract
This dissertation consists of an ethnographic study on the legal sensibilities (perceptions of justice) of professionals working at a Specialized Social Assistance Reference Center (CREAS) in Belo Horizonte. As legal advisor t the social assistance unit, the author analyzes, based on a study of the legal sensibilities of the workers, the daily routine of the Specialized Protection Service for Families and Individuals (PAEFI) and the Youth Justice Service of Probation and Community Service (MSE), investigating how its workers interpret and put into practice concepts of law and Social Protection and their relations with the Justice System and other public policies, amid institutional gaps and functional overload. In this context, the research seeks to understand how the workers' concepts of justice are constructed and negotiated in the daily practices of care, resistance, and guaranteeing the rights of vulnerable populations.
