Comunicação interna e externa na ETSUS Vitória - ES

Abstract

This intervention project aims to develop a plan for organizing the communication process in ETSUS Vitória. Started from a critical analysis and reflective of the reality of the School, through a qualified hearing meetings with technical staff and manager, talks with other members of the school community and technical references of the Municipal Secretary of Health of Vitória (SEMUS) and as search and analysis of theoretical frameworks that could base the development of the plan. With the projectseeks to understand and intervene in factors that impact the communication process, reducing the difficulties of movement of information between the technical and the school sectors, with internal and external stakeholders, the community and school administrative units of SEMUS. It is expected that from a communication processeffective, efficient and dynamic there is an improvement in the flow of information ensuring the dissemination of the mission of ETSUS Vitoria, as an educational institution in the area of health responsible for educational offerings with the school community, workers and managers of the Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), education institutions and partners.
