| dc.description.abstract | Este artigo tem como objetivo analisar a relação empírica entre as inovações tecnológicas (TI) e organizacionais (IO) de empresas brasileiras inovadoras classificadas como Serviços Empresariais Intensivos em Conhecimento (KIBS), e discute seus diferentes determinantes, o papel da persistência e dois possíveis relação direta entre esses três tipos de inovação. Uma amostra de 595 empresas foi analisada empiricamente usando a Pesquisa Brasileira de Inovação (PINTEC) e a Pesquisa Anual de Serviços (PAS) de 2009 a 2014. Os resultados revelam uma “influência cruzada” entre IA e TI: IA interna é induzida por antecedentes produto TI enquanto o primeiro induz o processo TI. Observam-se efeitos cumulativos para estes três tipos de inovação, especialmente para TI de produto. As conclusões também indicam que diferentes inovações são fomentadas por diferentes características organizacionais e esforços inovadores, identificando assim o papel limitado dos esforços internos de P&D | |
