Resumo
Este trabalho trata da gestão de registros escolares dos cursos livres desenvolvidos na Escola de Saúde Pública do Estado de Minas Gerais (ESP-MG) que finalizam na Secretaria de Ensino da instituição sob a ótica da corresponsabilização dos sujeitos (referencias técnicas e docentes dos cursos livres) envolvidos nesse processo. Os cursos da modalidade livre integram a formação inicial, continuada e permanente que visam o desenvolvimento, qualificação e atualização dos trabalhadores de todos os níveis de escolaridade. Para a realização da proposta de intervenção será realizada a metodologia de pesquisa-ação propondo uma estratégia de intervenção para sistematizar o processo dos registros escolares dos cursos livres encaminhados pelos Núcleos Temáticos da ESPMG. As ações educativas que serão promovidas pela estratégia de intervenção para sistematizar os processos de registros escolares (plano de curso, ficha de inscrição e lista de freqüência) dos cursos livres têm como intuito informar, organizar, formalizar os procedimentos e promover o preenchimento fidedigno dos registros escolares encaminhados a Secretaria de Ensino da instituição e processados pela mesma, por meio do compilado de freqüência decorrente do levantamento e análise dos nomes e assinaturas contidas na lista de freqüência. O projeto de intervenção prevê a criação de um Manual de Instruções Normativas juntamente com um compilado das instruções normativas referentes aos já citados registros escolares entregues a Secretaria de Ensino da ESPMG. A compreensão e divulgação do Manual e do compilado das instruções normativas dos cursos livres desenvolvidas nas ações educativas permitirá aos Núcleos Temáticos e público demandante dos cursos ofertados pela instituição o conhecimento da importância dos processos e manuseios dos registros escolares de forma a cooperar com eficiência e eficácia nas atividades que finalizam na Secretaria de Ensino da ESP-MG, como por exemplo o atendimento de demandas emergenciais por parte da Diretoria da instituição sobre o levantamento de dados atualizado dos cursos em execução e da situação acadêmica dos alunos.
Abstract
This paper addresses the management of school records of free courses developed at the Public Health School of the State of Minas Gerais (ESP-MG) that end in the Teaching Secretary of the institution from the perspective of co-responsibility of individuals (teachers and technical references of free courses ) involved in this process. The free modality courses are part of the initial training, continuous and permanent that aim the development, qualification and updating of workers at all levels of schooling. For the realization of the intervention proposal it will be carried out an action research methodology by proposing an intervention strategy in order to systematize the process of school records of free courses directed by Thematic Cores of ESP-MG. Educational activities that will be promoted by the intervention strategy to systematize the processes of school records (course plan, registration form and frequency list) of free courses have the aim of informing, organizing, formalizing the procedures and promoting the reliable fulfillment of school records addressed to the Teaching Secretary of the institution and processed by the same one through the frequency compilation resulted from the survey and analysis of the names and signatures contained in the frequency list. The intervention project predicts the creation of a Normative Instruction Manual along with a compilation of the normative instructions regarding the aforementioned school records delivered to the Teaching Secretary of the ESP-MG. The understanding and dissemination of the Manual and the compilation of the normative instructions of free courses developed on the educational actions will lead the Thematic Core and people from courses offered by the institution to the knowledge of the importance of the processes and handling of school records in order to cooperate efficiently and effectively in activities that end in the Teaching Secretary of ESP-MG, such as the attendance of emergency demands by the Board of the institution about the updated data survey of the current course and the students' academic situation.
