O ensino da Arte Contemporânea em instalações de Inhotim

Abstract

This paper discusses the teaching of contemporary art with a brief historical , cultural and educational context thought with facilities the Inhotim through a work with high school students from a private school in the city of Governador Valadares - MG . The objective is to discuss the teaching of contemporary art installations with facilities Inhotim in search of possibilities for the development of this art in the school environment with reference to discussions that highlight the importance of the meaning of various shapes present in the art to grasp the knowledge thus as the importance of recognizing the student as a subject capable of learning, producing and sharing artistic knowledge built into their personal , social, educational and artistic activities.
