Abordagem de saúde mental na atenção primária: revisão de literatura

Abstract

The present work aimed at to accomplish a bibliographical rising on the patient's approach with mental upset in the Strategy of the Health of the Family, with views to subsidize the care of the Team Health of the Family to the patients bearers of mental suffering. It was made a bibliographical revision of the theme in the bases of data LILACs, Google Acadêmico and Scielo, with the descriptors: Psychiatric reforms; Mental Health; Primary attention through it analyzes of goods and dissertations / theories, books, manuals of Ministry of Health, of the State General office of Health of Minas Gerais, besides the observation of the service done by the Team of Health of the Family, composed by active professionals in the district. The reading of the selected material allowed the construction of 3 categories of analyzes: The evolution of the psychiatric attendance through the times. The service of mental health in the strategy of the Health of the Family. The important paper of the family in the patient's bearer of mental upset social reintrgration. We saw that the service the mental health, in the attention has as social actors, the users bearers of mental suffering, the Team of Health of the Family, the families and the community. We believe that, with a the enlarged knowledge about of the psychiatric reform we can address the professionals' of the Team of Health of the Family conducts and to guide their actions in the attendance, allowing improvements in the service quality those users. It was ended, therefore that a process of organized work, the professional training and the prevention actions and promotion to the health in the primary attention are fundamental for the treatment of the mental upset, with special emphasis in the reception, that an organizer of the work process was shown in mental health in the service.
